The Liceo de Cagayan University Alumni Association, evolving from the pioneering efforts of visionary members, bonded together by the Licean Spirit, united in common goals or purposes and bound to the Pledge of Loyalty to the Alma Mater, LEADS toward as -

Leading campus organization committed to fully support and uphold the University's vision and mission;

Effective instrument in exhorting members to be Ambassadors of Goodwill of the University by speaking well of its noble name, achievements, ideals and aspirations;

Action oriented in touching lives of members, encouraging them to be productive or responsible citizens and for each one to live a meaningful life or purpose;

Dynamically developed transcending to far beyond the University borders and wherein future provincial or national chapters and global groups gravitate toward; and with

Strong advocacy to make a difference in the community or society.
